Preheat the oven to 220°C. Bake the fish for 20 minutes or until barramundi flakes easily when tested with a fork.
Slice the white part of spring onion into fine strips for garnish.Transfer the fish to a platter and garnish with spring onion. Serve immediately. Accompany with the bánh hỏi, pickles, salad, herbs and dipping sauce.
